THE LAST DAY OF APRIL 2020 (April 30, 2020)
Eighteenth post from the original blog.
"Well, today is the last day of April 2020. I mostly just played Paper Mario and Tomodachi Life over the past two days.
Paper Mario - I got through Tubba Blubba's Castle mostly unscathed (I say mostly because even while guarding and having Damage Dodge on, the Clubbas in there still did 1 damage), and I was able to beat Tubba Blubba's Heart (and Tubba Blubba himself) with little trouble. Then I took down Jr. Troopa's third form easily, followed by some sidequesting. The Shy Guys that had raided Toad Town took Tayce T.'s frying pan, so I couldn't make any Koopasta for Koopa Koot as one of his favors until I got it back in the Pink Zone of the Shy Guy's Toy Box, guarded by a Hammer Bro (which I chose on purpose so I could get extra Star Points and a free tattle for later in Chapter 8). Despite that little issue, I was able to find all of the Star Pieces hidden under secret panels in Goomba Village, Goomba Road, Shooting Star Summit, Toad Town, Pleasant Path, Koopa Village, Mt. Rugged, Dry Dry Desert, Dry Dry Outpost, Boo's Mansion, and Shy Guy's Toy Box (mostly thanks to the I Spy badge, and some memory for the ones hidden in Boo's Mansion, Shooting Star Summit, and Toad Town). I managed to max out my BP to 30 by leveling up, and after beating the stuffing out of General Guy with D-Down Jump and Watt's Electro Shock, I got the HP Plus badge sold by Rowf after Chapter 4. I also did about seven quizzes from Chuck Quizmo, bringing my total quiz count to nineteen.
Tomodachi Life - I solved several troubles, and played a few games. I also played Tomodachi Quest, but lost. Tracy tried to ask EvilBooger out, but Cheri intervened and stole EvilBooger away.
I also watched a few episodes of Good Mythical Morning with my mom, and a few more on my own. I remember one thing that Rhett and Link talked about was how to not be weird (Season 1, Episode 116, "How to Not Be Weird"), and I remember Rhett saying at one point that he figured that living in Los Angeles would make him and Link weird, so they should watch Good Mythical Morning to see if they were getting any weirder. Personally, I think a little bit of weirdness is a good thing, because it makes you unique. I also think that if you're too weird, though, then people will probably not like you as much because you're so strange and unusual. On the other hand, I think that if you're too normal, that makes you weird in and of itself because most people have something weird about them. It's a bit of a paradox if you think about it.
That wraps up this post. I'll see you soon, and have a good day."
